It is entirely free to join this agency. Our rate of commission is 20%. The fee for appearing on this web-site is currently just £50 for a 4 year period. This fee will be deducted from your first earnings within that period. If for any reason you don't work, you will not have to pay any fee.

We do not generally put children who are under 5 on our website because their appearance changes so rapidly. Instead we keep a manual file for them. However, the commision rate for members who are not included on the website is 25%.


The Jaclyn Agency requires the highest standard of professionalism and reliability from all it's members. We have strict 'joining criteria' for adult applicants, although we are a little more flexible with regard to children. Our 'joining criteria' for new adult members are as follows:

To join as a professional ACTOR or VOICE-OVER you must qualify on one of the the following criteria.
(a) have suitable professional acting training and a recognised qualification.
(b) have adequate experience of working as a professional Actor or Voice-over artist.

To join as a SUPPORTING ARTIST (Extra and Walk-on) you must qualify on one of the the following criteria.
(a) be a member of the union Equity or BECTU or other relevant trade union
or (b) have past experience of working on a TV or Film set at a higher level than 'Crowd work'
or (c) have suitable formal training and a recognised qualification
or (d) be an active member of an am-dram group
If you do not qualify on any of the above mentioned criteria but have a real and serious interest, it may be possible for you to take our comprehensive one day Supporting Artist crash course.

To join as a MODEL we need to be convinced that you have an aptitude and that there is likely to be a ‘market’ for you amongst our clients. A formal acting or model training is an advantage, as is past experience in this field.
